As a Web Designer by trade and Photographer by heart, I've always wanted to display my work exactly to my specifications, with the functionality that I found most important. After an extensive and fruitless search for such a solution, I concluded that I needed to build it myself.

I first stopped at MovableType, which provided the core engine for this photoblog endeavor. I spent the rest of the time under the hood. The result? This custom theme for the MovableType Publishing Platform.

Surely it could have been done in less time with a clear development plan, but this site has been an improvisational journey for me. Since October 2005, this site has undergone vast functional and design evolutions. Finally, it's presented in a redistributional state.
